Cut accurate flange and ring gaskets with the Motorized M3 Rotary-Style Gasket Cutter. Perfect tool for fabricating multiple runs of the same-size gaskets quickly and efficiently. Designed primarily for non-metallic gasket materials such as cork, fiber, and rubber, up to ¼" thick. Cuts gaskets with a face width of ¼" to 7"; from 60 mm I.D. to 1580 mm O.D. Mounts to any workbench with 3/8" bolts (not included).

How do rotary-style gasket cutters work?

Rotary-style gasket cutters use two cutting discs to cut the material as it rotates around a center spindle. Set the scale bar to the desired outside diameter, punch a guide hole in the material, and secure it on the spindle. Lower the top cutting disc, then turn the hand crank or activate the motor while applying pressure. What is the difference between the M3 Motorized M3, and SM4 Rotary-Style Gasket Cutters?

The M3 is hand-cranked and mounts in a vise or clamps to angle iron, making it suitable for fixed or mobile use with non-metallic gasket materials. The Motorized M3 is bench-mounted and powered for faster, repetitive cutting of non-metallic gasket materials. The SM4 is a larger, bench-mounted manual cutter designed for both metallic and non-metallic materials.

Which Motorized M3 configuration should I choose?

Choose between standard inch or metric measurements, then select the 120- or 220-volt model that matches the power supply at the installation location. Check with your facility’s maintenance team or electrician if you are unsure.
