Extension-style kit features plastic cutter block with dual (inch/metric) cutting indicator. Sliding, knurled nut adjusts cutting radius. Plated, steel extension bars provide for cuts up to 37” (940mm) in diameter. Capable of cutting 1" (25mm) inner diameter. Thumbscrew sets cutting blade depth up to ¾”. 18” x 18” cutting board features plastic non-slip, textured surface that reduces blade friction, minimizes breakage, and self-heals after each use. How do extension-style gasket cutters work?

Extension-style gasket cutters rotate around a center pin to cut precise circles. Place the gasket material on a suitable cutting surface, create a small center hole, and position the material over the center pin. Set the cutter to the desired outside diameter and rotate it around the pin to make the first cut. Then adjust it to the inside diameter and repeat the process to complete the gasket.
