No. The Gasket Cutting Knob is an accessory used with compatible Heavy-Duty gasket cutter components, including the cutter block, blade, center pin, and pivot-post assembly.
How do I use the Gasket Cutting Knob?
Attach the knob to the compatible Heavy-Duty cutter assembly, set the blade to the desired diameter, and rotate the cutter around the center pin. For washers or small gaskets, cut the outside diameter first, then reset the cutter for the inside diameter.
